At first, the unit seemed to work fine. I liked the appearance and found the setup to be reasonable. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, the anemometer no longer provided accurate readings. I contacted Taylor and they offered to send a replacement unit after I returned the original to them. They were friendly and efficient. Again, unfortunately, the replacement unit only functioned for a few weeks before giving erroneous temperature readings. Again Taylor replaced the unit, free of charge, and even paid the return shipping this time. The third unit had the same anemometer problems as the first unit had had. By this time I requested a refund. Taylor said they would not provide a refund because I had not purchased the original unit directly from them. Thus, I was stuck with a useless weather station.
